  • 2 cups mixed dried fruit (such as dates, apricots, figs, or raisins)

  • 2 cups raw mixed nuts and seeds (such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of coarse salt

  • 1/3 cup raw sesame seeds

Directions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the mixed dried fruits and raw nuts and seeds. Pulse until the mixture becomes sticky and starts to clump together. Add the ground cinnamon and coarse salt, and pulse a few more times to combine.
  • Form the Bites: Once the mixture is well combined, form it into small bite-sized balls using your hands. Roll each ball in the raw sesame seeds to coat evenly.
  • Chill and Serve: Place the bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Once chilled, the bites are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
