  • 3 cups frozen green peas, thawed

Directions

  • Prepare the peas: Boil or steam the green peas for about 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  • Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, combine the peas, mint leaves, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and tahini. Blend until smooth.
