Along with typical beach accessories (a towel, beach umbrella, water, healthy snacks, and plenty of sunscreen), pack the following ingredients for the day's skin and hair treatments: 8 ounces jojoba, olive, or camellia oil; 1 cup coarse sea salt in a small jar; sweet orange essential oil; jasmine essential oil; and a small plastic beach pail.
