½ cup peanut butter

½ cup dark chocolate chips

- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- For extra flavor, spread the rolled oats on a baking sheet and toast at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30–40 seconds, then stir until smooth. Add the vanilla extract.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped almonds, and half of the chocolate chips. Pour the peanut butter-honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
