  • 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/2 cup nonfat sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 to 3/4 pound mixed dried fruit (apricots, plums, pineapples, bananas, pears, papaya, mango)

Directions

  • Prepare the chocolate dipping sauce: In a small saucepan, whisk together the Dutch cocoa and sugar. Add the nonfat sweetened condensed milk and place over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Arrange the dried fruit: On a serving platter, arrange the mixed dried fruits such as apricots, plums, pineapples, bananas, pears, papaya, and mango.
  • Serve: Pour the warm chocolate dipping sauce into a small bowl. Serve the dried fruit alongside the chocolate sauce for dipping.
