  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Parchment paper

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (90°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry with a towel. Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 3-4 hours, checking occasionally. The blueberries should shrink and become leathery but still slightly sticky to the touch. For fully dried, chewy blueberries, you may need to bake them up to 5 hours.
  • Once dried, remove the blueberries from the oven and let them cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Store at room temperature for up to two weeks or refrigerate for longer freshness.
